Isn’t it a problem that ever since looksmaxing became popular, all the research and effort have gone into pharmacology (peptides, gear, etc.), while very little has gone into surgery? Traditionally, the vast majority of people on these forums were cels who could only ascend through hardmaxing. You might argue that gear is a form of hardmaxing, but it still won’t ascend anyone past their developmental limitations.
It’s true that it’s much harder for the surgical industry to make developments and breakthroughs in a short period of time, but still. This is also why many IQlets have spent thousands of dollars on stacks instead of putting that money toward a couple of surgeries.
