So what do I do now to not have diabetes ? Keto?
You either have diabetes or do not have it, as I thought. Ask your physician/doctor
Read on internet how to prevent it idk

102mg/dL is smack dab normal

What do you want to accomplish? I have some experience in improving insulin sensitivity (went from 5.6% A1C to 4.8%) and I would totally recommend.

What did you do for insulin sensitivity?

Prolonged fasting + gymcelling, took about a month for the bulk of the results. Eating only on weekends.
I have a post in an old thread here: [ISPOILER][/ISPOILER]
I'll probably make a proper post as OP to straighten this out over here, there's a lot of :bluepill: garbage being parroted around these parts with regards to leanmaxxing. I get the skepticism but fasting is truly different from your usual moderate caloric deficit - it doesn't even compare.
If you want to take it up to 11 you can also use metformin, if you can't get metformin you can get berberine (a natural supp that works in a similar manner, has been shown to help with insulin resistance), but it's not necessary.

>inb4 it's not sustainable!
It is totally sustainable while you're still a fat fuck, lose the weight then you won't need to sustain it.
>You'll gain everything back!
I didn't and it's been over a month, still getting leaner by the week even on OMAD

102ng/dL is on the border of prediabetes, how and why did you get it checked in the first place?
