Sorry for shitty format im shitting in before i go back to treadmill Ok so i did a sleep study heres what they monitored (if I remember right)
Brainwaves
Lest movement
Chin muscles
Mouthbreathing
Nose breathing
Oxygen level
Eye movement
Heart rate
Prob a bunch of other shit
I DONT HAVE RESULTS I WILL POST THEM ASAP (likely 2-4weeks)
The sleep tech is NOT aloud to diagnose me or tell me if anything is wrong but my dad did ask him as a hail Mary and he responded with

NOW THIS IS GOOD why? Bc it means something might be wrong with me
Your probably wondering why im celebrating
If its something that can be easily fixed my life will legit get alot better
I got a sleep study bc my parents are fed up of me not getting up in the morning. And also for other stuff
In the morning I get my phone taken daily because im in a zombie like state where I cannot get up at all even tho I rly want to (i hate getting phone taken)
The other reason is bc I do not wakeup to alarms and if you dont wake me up I will sleep until you do over the summer some night my parents would take away all electronics and force me to sleep at 10pm EVEN THEN my brother would have to scream at me to get up at 430 the next day and it would be like getting up at 5 for me btw I mean 430PM
WHAT WENT WRONG
this didnt happen I got up quickly and easily
this is very bad because it doesnt reflect the real problem im having i personally think its because it was frigid and I had a small blanket+new bed+new place+ the 5000 wires strapped to me I wanted off
I hope that they fix whatever wrong with me
Before you say muhh alarm trust me ive tried the loudest on Amazon ive tried alarms for deaf people ive tried wearing headphone and blasting alarms into my ears nothing worked at a sleepover my friends had two garage sounds blasting into both ears and nothing they thought I was faking sleeping I never woke up
