Do you have like photos or text I can put in my notes for the exact machines/workouts to do?A lot of redundant shit in here. Upper lower rest repeat or full body 3-4x a week each with about 2 sets per muscle would be ideal to really capitalize on stimulus without impacting recovery. You could make progress with your friends plan but just not as quick
