OP is running full body every other day and doing two sets for each muscle.

for chest OP is doing a pec dec (1 set) and an (incline press)

when adding an additional set, would you choose to add another set of pec dec or would you choose a different, less optimal, movement?

as we know, the pec dec is the best chest movement. however, we also know that adding additional sets to a movement results in diminishing returns due to the same fibres being recruited. despite this, would you add a set of pec dec or a less effective substitute? [we are maximising hypertrophy]

you should try to estimate the stimulus between the two and work out what will be a better decision for maximising chest hypertrophy
