[High IQ] IGF-1 DES for Lateral Zygomatic Projection/Targeted Protocol & Reasoning

After weeks of digging through medical literature and community logs, I’ve put together a realistic, no-nonsense protocol for using IGF-1 DES to enhance lateral cheekbone projection through targeted localized injections.


This is not for systemic growth. This is for bone remodeling via localized IGF-1 stimulation in the zygomatic area.

Objective:Increase lateral zygomatic projection (cheekbone width/structure/oge curve) through subq or IM injections of IGF-1 DES

Protocol Overview

Compound: IGF-1 DES
Dosage: 30–50 mcg per side (total 60–100 mcg/day)
Frequency: Once daily to Twize daily
Injection site: Directly lateral to the zygomatic bone, slightly under or posterior to it (depending on your own facial structure)
Cycle format:4 weeks on 2 weeks off

Spoiler: My response Hypothese

Cycle repetition strategy [(My hypothesis)(based on individual response)]:

Response	Recommended cycling In future
No sides	Continue cycling until your goal is reached
Mild sides	only do 1-2 cycles max, to see how your body responds
Moderate side effects	Stop after the cycle/ir it’s getting worse
Extreme sides	stop immediately if you don’t want to rope

Note: Bone remodeling is slow and delayed. Visible effects can continue to develop weeks after discontinuation.Also yuo could try to bonesmash during the cycle, for mechanical tension.

Cant you become insulin reistant very fast like that and losing effect after time , also are you going all in at first or are you slowly starting to up the dose. How much money for a 6 week cycle. Good luck bhai

1 month will cost around 200$. Maybe 250.

And no, I’ll eat raw meat liver etc, so insulin resistance doesn’t play a role then. Thanks bro

Will do. Update:I’ve found a way for the payment method. Will create a PO Box and everything should be ready in 1.5-2 months, If everything goes well. Will do everything documented and with proof. Can’t wait for everything getting started.
