do any of you know if/how it’s possible to fix a tilted sphenoid? it’s causing minor eye assymetry and causing one of my eyes to look more negatively tilted than the other.

It’s a bone, it has to be surgically altered for major changes. Otherwise, eating a better diet and practice good chewing/breathing form will promote good facial bone structure.
