A calorie surplus for your body to get enough fuel, like nutrients and fat to grow and develop well and also to put on some fat.

what bf% is the best?
13-17%bf not skinny not fat either, its the sweet spot!
If you stay in that range you will have enough fat inside of you for your body to use when need and also wont be skinny, being skinny is one of the most common mistakes.

After you slept for 9 hours you should take a nap at mid day for around 2-3 hours to stimulate new growth hormone spikes wich are produced in the first hours of sleep.

While sleeping your room should be very dark, not too warm and cozy.

This might sound wierd or strange but trust me, it does make a difference.
I dont have a lot of proof for it but let me explain.

great thread Bro, I dont recommend exercising because you need your nutrients going to your bones and not muscles, also you dont wanna Spike your cortisol Just to lower your growth hormone, If you do It at night youre dead basically. I say this because I trained my hole puberty at night and got an S tier physique, you can check on my First posts. I only recommend fullbody eod wich you have less cortisol in the week but, I still think good diet mogs training for most of people, I say it because I have good metabolism and thats rare. I Saw many people who didnt improve their physiques doing gymaxx stuff and Just got fat and cortisolmaxxed with acne in the back, pizza face and etc. your body doesnt Want that and you dont Want that

im not saying gym is Very Very bad, because in my case I ended up being taller than my father even doing gym, but the thing is I started to eat a lot of food, this gaining weight mindset gave me a lot of nutrients and I started to grow after this, so yeah in my opinion gym IS bad and it hurts saying that because I love working out but its the Sad truth

If someone really wants to get in shape (wich is more manipulation of the media and not their true Desire) you can start at 18 years, but If you dont Want that bad I would start at 21 minimum
