A calorie surplus for your body to get enough fuel, like nutrients and fat to grow and develop well and also to put on some fat.
what bf% is the best?
13-17%bf not skinny not fat either, its the sweet spot!
If you stay in that range you will have enough fat inside of you for your body to use when need and also wont be skinny, being skinny is one of the most common mistakes.
What should you eat?
organs (best ones are liver, heart, brain, kidneys and testicles)

You recover while sleeping, and growth hormone is realesed.
You should go to sleep at 10pm and get 9 hours of sleep.
Growth hormone is mostly produced in the first hours of sleep, and thats important because we can use this mechanism.
After you slept for 9 hours you should take a nap at mid day for around 2-3 hours to stimulate new growth hormone spikes wich are produced in the first hours of sleep.
While sleeping your room should be very dark, not too warm and cozy.
