Got Bimax insured, and they're prepping me for surgery next year. Pictures of me right now below: would like to see if anyone could morph me, give me measurements, and what measurements I should shoot for. I have a class III class iii malocclusion w/ nonexistent forward growth. Am I gonna be stuck in sub5-ltn hell even after a hardmax? lmk if I should larp getting another surgery

bro how tf i just realised how fucking recessed i am no way its over 4 me icl also ur fce wont change that much only 4 to 8 mm generaly for a lefort part of the bimax. shit i need to see if i can get one insured too man. how old r u and where do u live if u dont mind me asking?

i live in new jersey, and im 17 (0 months as that picture will tell you, lol.) i honestly walked in the orthodontist after scheduling, they x-rayed me, and they took me in a room where I proceeded to info dump them terms I learned from forums like class 3 bite, maxilla recession

Yh but his rotation and forward growth isnt even that bad alr and its just adding a bit more bit cus his forward growth isnt alr good there will not be much noticeable change plus is medical so they will limit the mms unless his bone is rlly thick for some reason and they need more mms

tbfh i charismamaxxed my way into bimax in one day, i'm hoping the conversation w/ the ortho goes well and I can talk my way into getting some severe facial reconstruction done. it's unrealistic but my mindset is as is:

most people going into this surgery just do it bc their orthos tell them too, if i explain what i want, give a good sob story, I'm hoping i'll get enough mm to really ascend me into MTN.

if not, i'll probably roidmax or rope
