I've kept the best shape I ever have when not taking anything. I've taken clen, t3, dnp, yohimbine before and was a fatass because I had no regime. You don't need salbutamol.

dude, let me try a cycle, recommend me something

Take a tab 3x per day, don't take it 4 hours before bed if it keeps you awake

You don't need these drugs man seriously just work hard with discipline. This ain't some bluepill bs, it's the truth. Unless you're trying to compete or something idk why you want to be advised to use t3 and clen etc

30mins of cardio mogs all those drugs. Except dnp but that can give you neuropathy even if used 'correctly'.

How long will it take to get rid of this abomination ?

I just take PQQ and Berberine at the moment but working out pretty hard with HIIT and sauna every day. Looking pretty jacked despite being natty but I'm just really really putting the effort in. Yeah exercise and cardio is underrated. Weight training is underrated. Eating regime is underrated etc. Hopping on clen and sitting on the couch isn't as glorious as some people seem to believe.

Depends on so many things. But the way you're approaching things means you probably won't be successful in losing fat yet since you want to rely on drugs and get mad when people advise you to just eat less and exercise more. I was 219lbs on 20th Apr this year and am now 187-188 and lost basically no muscle. I used Yohimbine on and off back in apr-may but ditched that since then bc I don't need something like that just to get in shape.

Not really man. Less carby tbh :p. Obviously no trans fats or saturated fats with a carb meal but there's nothing wrong with healthy fats at all. Eating a low carb diet with more healthy fats would actually help you get less fat. Main way fat is stored is through de novo lipogenesis where insulin transports glucose to fat tissue to be stored as fat if you're in an energy surplus.

why on earth would you use salbutamol if you could just take stimulants

Just eat healthy man and diet and exercise I lost 100 pounds in middle school bro from discipline

It’s hard I know but it’s the best way and also you won’t gain it back because you’ve practiced healthy habits

If you need support just dm me

So your saying if you eat unsaturated (monk and poly) with carbs they won’t be shuttled to fat cells?

Insulin doesn't transport fat to fat cells. It transports glucose to fat cells where it's broken down to triglycerides. Just eat healthy. Eating too many fats and/or too many carbs is bad. Eating too much is also bad. Hard to answer your question but you should avoid all trans fats and avoid eating too much saturated fat. You can get away with eating more healthy fats ofc.

I do not post normally but you are dumb, OP there is no drug that makes you lose weight your metabolism is fucked because you were overweight for a long period of time

So what happens when you ingest fats? Where are they transported to?

They're absorbed in the small intestine and carried in liposomes in the blood stream and used in the formation of lipoproteins which are needed for cholesterol and they also create triglycerides in fat tissue through many monglycerides binding together.

Bile acids created by the liver break down the fats into monoglycerides. Look up "de Novo lipogenesis", explaining how carb consumption promotes fat storage when in an energy surplus by the GLUT4 vesicles transporting glucose from the blood to adipose(fat) tissue to eventually be stored as fat.

Berberine used in a caloric restriction can effectively recruit GLUT4 transporters through AMPK->TBC1D1 to move glucose into important bodily cells in the absence on insulin signalling, preventing common insulin resistance which happens when insulin can't work with GLUT4 properly due to the fact that lipogenesis is not possible in an energy deprived state.

Fasting is your friend op. Your body has to switch to burning fat instead of the food you eat. The only way to do that is to stop eating. A 3 day water fast is a good start keep minerals in your system during the fast then go keto. If you can handle three days try and push it longer.
