I often dealt with very bad skin, it started with 15, where I had severe acne.
Started with 5-10mg and took up to 40mg isotretinoin oral. In total about 6-7 months.

I was left with pigments and scars, because of that I did 2 microneedling sessions and after that I took 0.025% tretinoin for about a year.

Now my skin is better now, but still not ideal, so I went to the dermatologist and he if I want to, he would perscribe me oral isotretinoin or th eother optin is following:

1. day : Tretinoin 0.05%
2. day : Munderm 0.05% + 2% gel (isotretinoin + Eritromisin) 🠔Its also a cream.

I would need some high iq thread or opiniion from someone please and if you have any thoughts, please let me know.

Ascorbyl Glucoside solution 12%
and sunscreen on 24/7
