You can’t make your iq higher by a significant amount

It’s just how your brain works you can’t really change it however maybe if you learn a lot of things you get better at understanding the concept of learning things efficiently instead of beating around the bush

I do take part in math and physics Olympiads,and preparing to it i felt this pain while working on really hard problem ,with time ,it became easier,i did not get any information,and these were completely different problems ,but the brain just start to work better when u try something new and different,it creates new neural connections,u can read about it in the net
