I have 2 questions:-
1) I have asymmetry in my whole body my left side is bigger than my right and has more strength too.
At first i thought it's muscle imbalance or something but no matter what i do my left side is still stronger and bigger and my left part of the body even fatigues more after exercises than my right side even if i do the same number of reps, sets, weight or with the same form
2) the right side of my back i think scapula is tight and feels weird to move whereas i can freely move my left side of the back and it feels like two things are rubbing against each other around the right scapula when moving it
I have this problem for a long time
Edit:- and while exercising my rear delts i can feel my right rear delt being contracted and fatigued and it covers the whole back side of my shoulders whereas I can't even feel if my left rear delt is being trained or not it doesn't pain or anything and it doesn't cover the whole part of my shoulder like the right one, it leaves some space
