Library genesis (libgen.is). You'll be able to find anything you can think of. A better method would be to search up the course books for local universities and sell them for cheap on the school facebook and discord groups.

Nobody buys now physical books, people are even throwing them away, almost every day I find near garbage cans books in good condition, left there to be picked up for free, and no one takes them, they are eventually picked up by the garbage trucks to be taken to the dumping grounds.
Same thing with old cassettes, video tapes, CDs, vinyl discs, etc. - most are pirated anyway so they have no resell value and just take up space.
