Would this be acheivable with a reduction cheiloplasty (and possibly chin filler depending on how much mandibular fwg puberty gives me) ive gone to an ortho and they said i had pretty much a class 1 bite and a near perfect bite, they did an intraoral scan but not a full face scan looking at my bones, now ion think my bones are rlly recessed i think soft tissue fucks me and my facial convexity up bc ion think its caused by skeletal discrepancy and my upper lip makes me go crazy i js wanna know if a reduction cheiloplasty would be able to reduce the upper lip from the side

yeah, get fillers or a genioplasty.
and a reduction chelioplasty for the upper lip.
