exosome and PN + stem cell therapy, PRP therapy - more advanced and expensive, used for skin texturing and acne scars
mainly used at skin clinics but u can do diy

stick with sunscreen and a retinoid, u can throw in pdos for collagen too it's relatively cheap

SPF 50 is just sludge, bad for your skin. Use a broad spectrum spf 30

Just use moisturizer, spf50 and a cleanser.

Other than that everything is bullshit (stuff like accutane, Taz etc isn’t bullshit tho).

tret is good, u can try tazarotene if u still get some acne. I did ACE PDO in november, i think there might be better ones. There is also PCL, so just look at the guides here on org for PDO/PCL and it should be pretty simple to do.

only spf will help with not aging

one chemical shit will make your skin dry other moisturizes it, in the end you will have average skin but with spending money

Skin doesn't work the way the chemical fairy tales say it does. You can only make your skin smoother or drier, but you can't target anything separately

Just use tar soap to wash your face and wash yourself

Use tret or ret instead of bakuchiol
