I terminated PIH with 1000mg vitamin c liposomal ( don't take regular doesn't work) taken once on a empty stomach and SPF 50 IS MANDATORY

No point using hydroquinone but you can if you want

Start off relatively slow so rotating with each once a day so it would be
Monday Azelaic acid
Tuesday tretinoin
All applied PM
Then when ur skin gets use to it do both once a day I would advise tret in the PM since it’s more harsh on the skin in the sun
Always use SPF
