There's no pharmacodynamic paper showing that somehow the body just prevents Letrozole from getting into these tissues, If it couldn't then it wouldn't mess up your joints.

Articular cartilage has similar histological physiology to the growth plate in the sense that it locally expresses aromatase, and locally synthesises testosterone from adrenal hormones which would lead to localised aromatisation into estrogen. If ai's don't stop this process, why the fuck would ai's mess up your joints lol they'd just keep producing estrogen and keep your joints healthy.
