HELP
I HAVE EXAMS AND I'M NOT ABLE TO STUDY ENOUGH.
I wake up feeling fine at 10 AM and by the time it's 2 PM, I start feeling drowsy.
Then, I'm not able to study properly.
Should I start taking naps? Or is there some other way I could fix this problem?
Don't say coffee or caffeine please, I don't want to rely on it too much the best I can do with coffee is to take it on alternate days but the problem still won't be fixed completely.
I sleep at around 3AM wake up at 10AM (~7 hours of sleep)
