Boron

Zinc glycinate 2 hours after meal

Vitamin D3 5000 IU Morning with fatty meal

K2 mk7 200 mcg morning with fatty meal

Magnesium (Bis)Glycinate 200 mg before bed


Is this stack good? And are the times to take it correct? I don't know when to take boron and what type should I avoid heard some are made from boronic acid or something like that which is toxic , so tell me best type and tell me if the times are correct. And also 5000 IU is high — consider testing 25(OH)D levels periodically , should I really test my blood levels if I take that much vitamin D chat gpt says but it's probably cope
