I’m thinking about getting rhino and am wondering if this change would actually be possible.
My nose isn’t terrible now, but could this think make me chad. Obviously the photo is weird,( fucked up philtrum) but you get the idea.
A rhino that would give the illusion of shorter midface and better forward growth and overall more harmony
Is it possible with a good surgeon?

You don’t want to upturn the tip and shave your nasion off. It won’t look good from the side and will look even worse from the front. But yes, any rotation is possible in this day and age of Rhinoplasty

I think a lot of shapes are possible since in the worst-case scenario they can take rib cartilage and build the desired shape.

a very slight unnoticeable upturn is ideal

but it should be a straight bridge

I don't think the nose is that important to fix unless it's crooked.
Yours is not. You can benefit a little bit by straightening in. I don't know if the tip should be higher, lower, or whatever. I don't know if your nose is too big. Hopefully, another member can.

If what you are trying to describe is having a less prominent nasion and having a more upturned nose tip, afaik thats impossible. Obviously you can have a more upturned nose but like I said as far as I know shaving down nasion does not exist. I am only saying this because years ago I asked a surgeon about this and they said shaving down that area is impossible because it is very dangerous. I don't know if that information is legit tho. After seeing so many surgeon who do botched shit, so many orthodontists who ruin peoples faces, so many doctors who ruin peoples health I am taking every information with a grain of salt. There is a chance that, that surgeon just made that information up from his ass... Just saying what I know...

Surgery could improve you but tbh you don't have any glaring failos so there isn't that much room for improvement.

Most people here are beyond delusional regarding what surgery can do for you btw.

I think you are a bit shy of chadlite. More strong HTN. You don't have any glaring flaws that surgery can fix.

Just gymcel and softmax etc. Should be enough. Surgeries are not worth it in your situation.

If you do badly with women, it's down to other factors besides looks.

Yes. Your pheno is good. Assuming you aren't manlet, you shouldn't have issues getting attractive women.

But tbh stacies tend to have non-looks related standards that you might not fulfill.
