I am a muslim myself, and imo fasting during puberty is a wrong thing to do bc when ur during the development stage, your going to grow taller, wider, bigger and cutting food and water sources for 12 hours is retarded, since fasting is optional I have only faster one time throughout my entire life, and it did suck but ill never do it again not during puberty after my development is over ill def fast bc I think fasting is a great way to understand the people who are not in good condition and their tough lives.
