C there are too many thoughts so i dont need to do anything , and too many people will think too many thoughts anyway so u cant have an Advantage, dont bother. Increasing IQ is also a pyrrhic Victory, through billions of ppl the system is so competitive that U will be old by the time Ur one of the smartest, wont have much time to enjoy Ur fruits, and even wont be able to takeover.
