1 – Prereqs (don’t skip retard or you waste money)​

1. Prerequisites
   • Bone age ≤ 17 y 0 m (X-ray)
   • Tanner late-III – early-IV
   • Baseline labs: ultrasensitive E2, total & free T, IGF-1, CMP, CBC, lipid panel
   • Body-fat 10-15 % (don’t cut lower until after height cycle)

6 – Side-effect game plan​
