i'm an oldcel which just turned 22, but i do know that clavicles are some of the last bones to grow in the body.

i heavily stunted my growth by being an insomniac my whole life, which means in another life i could have been easily 6'6+ at the least.
honestly this might have even contributed to my plates fusing earlier. oh well

i reckon my plates probably closed quite early (overall), but there is still some potential in this last year(s) to get some growth in. so i'm considering my options, mainly with dosemaxxing my HGH supply into the ground

right now i use 3.3IU of HGH daily when putting on weight, which obviously isn't giving too crazy of a boost.

does anyone have any sources/knowledge of what a realistic gains could be from HGH, or other options? i feel like the ROI on this is gonna be really shitty, but because it's a "do it before you lose the chance forever" kind of scenario, i'm willing to burn a bit more cash and time into it. but i feel like this idea is kind of a dead end for me, especially when weighing non-selective growth and the risk of acromegaly :(

fr, at 3iu just run 25mg mk and ud get the same effects for less money ( not much effects anyway).
anything below 6 is microdose

i would normally do 4iu, though the bottles come in 10iu. just a matter of convenience. that .6 is not game-changing for IGF-1 compared to natty pulses. you are an orangutan with a keyboard.

hgh plateus in effectiveness pretty steeply, and the body strongly counterbalances beyond a certain level. earlier doses should follow a similar curve sharpness shown below. most people don't inject 12IU daily for obvious reasons... and there's not much point beyond 6-8IU anyhow.

for gymcelling ur better off using a dose above replacement to get the best cost ROI.
unless you want to come out looking like the acromegaly faced, mindless ogre that you are, burn your cash and grow everywhere ig.

I know how you feel bro. I only slept 7.5 hours during my developmental years and now i'm only 5'10. If i slept for 9 hours i reckon i'd have been 6'1 or 6'3. Fuck man

alr watched it like 2 years ago forgot what derek said but from reading the graph rn it looks like the 0.30iu/kg/day is the most signficant for igf1 levels, if anything even if i didnt read the chart right somehow, gh doesnt only induce growth via igf1r and ir but also via direct ghr:lul:

BUMP for some actual opinions, was considering reasonably upping dosage to around 6IU daily.
