an yes they are muscles bc whenever I had mew, they flex and I can feel them they are hard.

Idk if i have to raise my hyoid or soft mew or suction mew or hypertrophy them or atrophy them

I used to hard mew so I think its bc of that, but I also suction mewed and soft mewed so idk

PLEASE HELP ANYONE IM SO LOST

I HATE THEM ESPECIALLY THE TWO LITTLE ONES ON THE SIDE
