High iq users pls tell me how much aromasin to take

Im 16 and have open growthplates that are going to close very soon so I bought some aromasin and for some reason each tablet is 37.5 mg so idk how Im going to get the amount I would want but I have a pill cutter and crusher anyways I’d like to start with very low doses in order to play it safe as aromasin is very potent and I won’t be able to get any bloodwork also my test level is. 495 and idk my e2 level. I’ve heard of mixing it in water to get precise amounts but idk what to do icl. My main question is how much should I take

Honestly man, I wouldn't mess with Aromasin if you have no bloodwork and don't even know your E2 levels. At 16, estrogen is doing a lot more than just affecting growth plates, and crashing it can cause its own problems. A testosterone level of 495 doesn't really tell you whether you need an AI or not.


If your growth plates are already close to closing, there's also no guarantee that lowering estrogen now is going to make a meaningful difference in height. Without labs, you're basically guessing.


If I were in your position, I'd hold off until I could at least get bloodwork done and see where my estradiol is before taking anything. It's one of those things where being "safe" with a low dose still isn't really safe if you have no idea what your levels are to begin with.

I have one single opportunity to do bloodwork for e2 I was planning on taking a very small microdose for a week and then checking e2 after that and see if it’s too high or too low and adjust the amount depending on that
