muscules only press against bone, and in case of zygomaticus muscule being so small that even "training it" wont give u hollow cheeks, its the fossa inside the bone, its under the zygo near the maxilla, ofc it also depends on ur bodyfat %, but over all its about the zygomatic bone, anyway i dont understand what do u mean by body , but in short words people with hollow cheeks tend to be skinner but its not always the case since as i said its about the bone, example:

they are at aprx max 18 to 14 % bf and yet they show hollowing in the face
