I want to concentrate and study more what stack should i take or anything which will help me I lost my concentration ability by now lazy af and dont try to do anything

Just sit down in a quiet place where you won't get distracted
Keep your mobile/whatever device you use away and try to read with maximum focus ability for the first 15 minutes
If you don't see anything distracting you then keep increasing your study time further and practice it regularly
Take small steps and stay consistent, that's it

My attention span had gotten poor after constant use of mobile,short form content particularly but if you still tell me to sit and read for 4 hours I can do it but that's not the appropriate way to regain form
