High-IQcels GTFIH! I need your help with a PSYOP

Basically there was this "friendship" group I was a part of. And as we all know, when normie friendgroups get to the age where partying n girls n stuff starts to happen, the tribalistic monkeys that they are perform a sweep of the lowest value males in the group and I was unfortunately one of them being that I'm a 3/10.

Basically they all of a sudden turned on me out of nowhere and would desperately try to insult me and put me down wherever possible to the point where it was just childish and comical even. They did this on purpose so that I was in a position where I had no choice but to leave the group. That's what bullying is. It's just a way of ostrasizing the low value males or knocking them down into a lower position of the social hierarchy.


The friendship group in question reminds me of the Dutch van der Linde gang from red dead 2. You have the 1 alpha male of the group who is the silver tongued head of the snake who brings everyone together and leads everyone in the direction that he choses and the members of this cultish friendship group just blindlessly follow him and worship him without question.

But the thing is, without this alpha male, the group completely and utterly ceases to exist. Literally every single time we went out he was there. If he wasn't coming no one else was. And even in Xbox parties. Once he had to go literally everyone else all of a sudden had to go to.

So without him the group would be seperated and all of them would be as ostrasized and isolated as they made me.

So what can I do? What PSYOP can I do to get the head of the snake to abandon it's body?

Just a lesson in life, back when i was bluepilled i would go out clubbing non stop with all my housemates which were girls.

I ended up getting fat as fuck from the lifestyle and they first refused to take photos with me, then they stopped inviting me out. Then they would make up things behind my back to make me look bad and them the heroes.

True story.social groups are all value driven. You need to offer value or they will eliminate you.

People are always looking to upgrade.

I didn't and it through me into depression, being left at home whilst they went out. As i didnt do anything wrong and couldnt understand. Now i realise It was just that my looks decreased and the groups status was increasing.

Ye well I haven't had the opportunity to join a friendship group since. After secondary school you have to be at least 5/10 to join a completely new friendship group. In my college literally no one has made new friends they just hang with people they already know.

And ye I get flashbacks too. They'll happen at random and I uncontrollably have to blurt out a noise or punch my leg or somethn and sometimes my face will flush. I'm so happy that I at least beat up one of them when I was 15 and could get away with things like that but I should've gone with the head of the snake but I was too young and bluepilled back then to know which person was the main cause of my ostrasization. I wish I could go back in time and stand up for myself better but it's too late now.

Idk i'm not apart of the group so I don't know their own likes and dislikes and how they act. But maybe find something really sensitive to talk about (like politics) and bring it up neutrally. If they start arguing about it stay out the actual argument but occasionally fan the flames for it. That's really all I got I don't know much about your group bro

If you really want advice, The best thing you could do is leave the friendship group while you still have some self-respect for yourself. i would usually urge people to talk about their problems with friends but those people can barely be called "friends".
