i cannot sleep but dont ever feel tired
i have thoughts that do not make sense very frequently

it is not schizo

i have common spiritual delusions that i start to notice less and less

when it first started i would instantly recognise its a deusional thought and move on but now my brain latches onto things for hours

i have slept 2 hours a night every day this month and dont feel tired

today i was crying and i was hugging my pillow while crying and i had my eyes closed

and i was thinking about suicide but then the pillow started telling me not to do it inside my head as an internal voice

and i believed there was a demon that felt bad for me inside the pillow and i hugged it and cried for 40 minutes

even now, 6 hours later i have reoccuring thoughts about that demon in my room watching over me

i was thanking it out loud a few hours ago

the overthinking and thought cycles sound like ocd or ocpd but if ur acc hearing voices out loud thats legit psychosis witch could be , schizo, lots of other things could cause it tho. but if its just voice in ur head prob not schizo

it was a different voice it was a woman and she sounded very like idk calming and relaxing which is why i thought she was a demon

and then i started struggling to tell if it was me just thinking in a different voice and then she told me to calm down and she is here and things are ok and then i cried even more
