Genuinely how does this keep happening?
All across America judges are either completely incompetent or are overtly malicious towards their own communities.
I see story after story of judges just releasing clearly violent dangerous offenders that there is zero justification for releasing, yet it keeps happening.
Mfers will have been arrested 30+ times, sometimes 50+ times for various violent offenses yet they will somehow still be on the street.
What exactly is going on here?
You'd think ok if it was some sort of planned effort to create chaos, how tf are they reliably getting all these judges to make these insane judgements???
And if it's not some planned effort, how tf are so many judges just this bad at their jobs???
You see judgements that just don't make any sense in any context at any point in time. Just pure neglect and obviously the worst cases make it to social media but still if this is only a rare occurrence being magnified by the internet it's still happening far more often than should be happening.
A story like this should be a once in 50 year thing, not a multiple time a week thing.
Genuinely I'm at a loss rn I can't figure out what's going on here.
If one of you big brain mfers can enlighten me i would be forever in your debt
