High IQcels help me how to use valproic acid as HDAC inhibitor for fear extinction

So from what I have read varinostat is the ideal HDAC inhibitor for fear extinction, but valproic acid is the only thing I can get my hands on and a tipical session of varinostat is 25-100mg once a week while valproic acid is usually used 250-500mg 3 times a day for mania, but for fear extinction I was thinking to use 200mg once a week, but I found a study using sodium valproate 500mg for anxiety!So I am thinking to use 200-500mg once a week combined with lyrica 600mg to have that feeling of low inhibition and basically after 90 minutes of ingesting these I will go out and expose myself to my fears!Any suggestions?

Didn't work as expected, I had too high expectations and neurogenesis doesn't happen that fast, for social anxiety it isn't a good choice, but a good thing is I had 0 side effects, not even liver enzymes were raised, at least I won't stress about side effects when I will use it topically jfl

I want to use it for eyebrow growth, I already use minoxidil so even if I will microneedle I know for sure it won't give me side effects

I was talking about valproic acid/sodium valproate too after I hit the 1 year mark of minoxidil I will use topical valproic acid+minoxidil

I clearly said in this post that I can only get my hands on valproic acid, not varinostat! I am not using valproic acid for hair growth yet, I will in a few months
