High Lefort 1 High Lefort 1 High Lefort 1 anyone had this?????

I am under the impression that a high lefort 1 will give you better midface projection and even prevent chimp lip.

Why would it prevent chimp lip? Go ahead and fill your upper lip with air like youre trying to look like a who from whoville. This is basically what a lefort 1 will do to your nasal base. If you were able to reach a bit higher with that air onto the sides of your nose it would cause a stronger upturn BUT maintain proper ratio of projection from side of nostrils and the upper lip.

This is all speculation on my part which is why I wanna see if anyone here got a high lefort 1 cut.

what would be the reason for any surgeon doing a moderate lefort 1 cut rather than a high lefort 1 cut?
Less complicated and patient searching for functionality will know no better?

Subspinal lefort 1 is not very common afaik.

Even if not sub spinal surgeons usually do the cut sooooo low on the pyriform aperture that it’s effectively doing nothing for nasal base unfortunately

No not in that scenario. But I’m getting double jaw surgery for sleep apnea which requires a pretty large linear advancement

I agree, I feel like all lefort 1’s should be high cut, I’ll ask my surgeon this
