This actually a good debate.....would prob give it to KillerBee in all honesty.He easily overpowered Sasuke and
Team Hebi without even going into Tailed Beast Mode and left Mangekyou Sharingan Sasuke half dead from
just a Lariat lol.

Keep in mind KillerBee is a Perfect Jinchuriki vs Kakashi who can't even use Genjutsu as far as i know ,which is
the Sharingan's most OP ability

Tbh it woukd depend which version of Sharingan Kakashi hes referring to
Pre time skip maybe i could give it to Killer Bee because Kakashi cant use Kamui
Anything after like Pain Arc im giving to Kakashi because he can use Kamui at that point which is a one shot, and if he can nearly transport half of the Ten Tails with kamui he can definitely transport Killer Bee even in Tailed Beast State
