feel like this topic is either overhyped or completely ignored depending on who you ask, but from what i’ve seen it actually matters more than most ppl here think
not even talking about blasting or doing anything extreme, just having your levels in a good range already changes a lot
first thing is energy. when your levels are solid you just move different. workouts are better, you recover faster, you actually have drive to stick to a routine instead of quitting after 2 weeks. that alone already separates people
then body composition. its way easier to stay lean or build some muscle. you dont look skinny-fat or soft all the time, your frame starts to look more structured without needing crazy genetics
also face-wise people dont talk about it directly but you can see it. less “tired” look, better skin quality for some, less constant puffiness if your lifestyle is on point. not saying it transforms your bone structure obviously, but overall you look more put together
another underrated thing is confidence/presence. sounds cringe but its real. if your hormones are dialed in you come across different without forcing it. posture, eye contact, all that just improves naturally
and yeah, libido etc but thats not even the main point here
problem is most guys jump to extremes instead of fixing the basics that already influence this:
sleep being trash
no consistent training
diet all over the place
stress high 24/7
like of course youre gonna feel off if all of that is bad
from what i’ve seen, once those are handled, a lot of people already feel like a different person without touching anything else
not saying its some magic switch, but its definitely one of those “behind the scenes” factors that affects multiple areas at once
