It can have negative side effects on liver pretty quickly though if abused too often.

Other than that yeah- this shits legal in europe, you can buy it on ebay.

Afaik you can get hooked and addicted to this shit if you take more than like 2 grams in 2 weeks dosage or something around that number.

I’ll usually do 1.5g on an empty stomach and not eat for a little while after if I’m trying to not act like an autist for a social event. I like combining it with modafinil and a little caffeine too.
