high or low set masseters?

how can I tell if have high/ low se masseters? I can send a photo of my front and side profile if needed. Ive been thinking of using those jaw training gums, they dont do much but its something

If ur cheekbone is recessed [more far back] then the masseter is low insert but look at these pictures where the cheekbone is at the front so the masseter will be prominent at the red parrt
