Yes, but in an office, people arent usually talking down on each other, they are forced to keep it professional to work with each other and be inclusive of everyone. guess what man I was never "naturally" talkative at school either cuz i was an east european migrant kid who didnt speak english well. But in primary school we had assistant techers who would purposefully positively reinforce me to talk to the other students, got me to do shit and I literally had a perfectly super NT school experience. Had I went to a dog shit school were that didnt exist, where teachers would have negatively reinforced me there, then i would of course be super enclosed.

I had a science class also in high school where I didnt talk to fucking no one the whole lesson. Then my friend by some miracle got moved to my class, and i became super talkative and made bunch of friends in that class.

Even though its super hard u need to start taking the first steps of being a solid chill guy to sorround yourself with other people who are like that who are your support system.
