when i got them little jaw trainer thingys and i did it for like a week i looked like a puffer fish nga and any jaw training i do just makes my face bloated and off do i js leave my jaw like that?

how does one get a good jaw area then

the easiest way is simply to be born with it. If you weren't born with it, the second easiest way is to spend money on procedures like surgery. If you don't want to spend money on surgery, you'll have to work on accepting yourself as you are and try to improve what you have.
