Back when I was lean (around 10% body fat) my T levels were extremely high.
I felt determined and extremely passionate towards my goals, unwavering belief in my self, and overall I felt like I could do anything and nothing was impossible.
I felt extremely euphoric whenever I achieved something that increased my social status (muscle, money, etc) and each achievement increased my t even more.
In this period of my life I achieved more than I have ever achieved before.
Now that I’m bulked up a little bit (about 15% body fat), I feel a lot less of this motivation/determination. I feel the t drop is due to the fat converting testosterone to estrogen.
I can’t wait to get this mind state back next time I cut.
