Textbook exemple of High T

The greater the contrast with the foid, the higher your testosterone levels, your skin need be a bit, just a bit darker than the foid, not Nigger tier or anything, you need health indicartors, beard, good ang, broad shoulders, skullsize, jaw and browridge; and be taller than her, that’s why many people cite Albanians and their women as examples of this—though you can't be ugly like Albanians, either

Prime exemple of High E

The contrast between him and the girl is much smaller; they are quite close in terms of sexual dimorphism—and believe it or not, the other guy from the "High T" group is the same age as him. But what causes this?

1. Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) in products and plastics
Phthalates (e.g., DEHP), bisphenol A (BPA), parabens, and triclosan—common in plastics, food packaging, cosmetics, fragrances, shampoos, and personal care products—interfere with the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
Associated with lower testosterone levels in boys and adolescents (reductions of ~24–34% in some high-exposure groups).
Phthalate exposure linked to higher femininity trait scores in boys (especially those with early puberty onset).
Can alter the timing of puberty (advancing or delaying it) and the development of secondary sexual characteristics.
Adolescents are particularly vulnerable because their hormonal axis is undergoing active maturation.
2. Industrialized / ultra-processed diet
Soft, processed diet: Ultra-processed foods require less chewing. Studies (including animal research and historical comparisons) associate soft diets with smaller jaws, altered craniofacial growth, and higher rates of malocclusion. This may reduce the expression of facial dimorphic traits that depend on bone and muscle development.
Acrylamide (formed in fried, baked, and roasted foods): Linked to reduced sex hormone levels (testosterone in boys and estradiol in girls), with stronger effects during adolescence. Mouse experiments confirm disruption of the HPG axis at this stage.
Dietary patterns and obesity: High-calorie or imbalanced diets correlate with changes in facial morphology (e.g., rounder/wider faces in high-calorie patterns). Excess body fat increases aromatase activity (converting testosterone to estrogen), reducing androgenic dimorphism.
Packaging and processing also increase exposure to phthalates and other EDCs.
There is additional evidence of a population-level decline in average testosterone levels among young men over recent decades, partially linked to obesity, sedentary lifestyles, and EDC exposure.
3. Other contributing factors
Obesity and sedentary lifestyle (strongly associated with lower testosterone and pubertal alterations).
Exposure to pesticides and other environmental contaminants (some linked to changes in pubertal timing).
Longer-term evolutionary/cultural factors (historical reduction in certain traits such as brow ridge prominence) also exist but do not explain recent changes in adolescents.

Don't eat processed crap; I saw a case of a boy who is the spitting image of his father but turned out much uglier—the father grew up on a farm eating natural food, while the son grew up in the city stuffing himself with crap. Just look at Kaká's son and him.

Conclusion: Eat the natural human diet
