Honestly I think youโre fine, I think youโre getting a good amount of protein, if you want more you could eat some sardines (cheap af and has a lot of protein) but they donโt taste that good imo, otherwise just pork rinds as a snackanywhere on the sheet where I could add 100 Calories or nah?
