• Went back to bed after because I didn't know what else to do--> got a stye in my eye from sleeping in sweaty state
• Old foid friend invited me to party in the coming days and was kind to me
• Went to gym after skipping yesterday--> Regressed on most of my lifts and didn't have the energy to make up for missed leg day, due most likely to prolonged DNP usage
• Faggot gook my age gave me a disgusted stare after asking to work in on machine
• Tried out delicious lunch spot with my parents--> Stressed about getting lean asap for coming party
• Trained a chill new hire. Irish immigrant visiting the states on work visa for summer
• Gave into urges and binge and purged on ice cream and leftovers
