Highlights could be a great summer ascend

in my case (darker brown hair) it could really ascend me during summer. It is a great way to match tanned skin color as you will look more ,,sun kissed".

in my opinion, if you go 1 blend lighter than your natural haircolor and highlight it, its an easy summer softmax.

If you have a darker tone of hair, I'd always recommend slight highlights.
Especially if you have more neotenous features.
