This is for any highschool freshmen not already participating in activities in school and for middle schoolers I guess
Participating in sports, after school clubs, your student council, or really anything where you're talking to other people is good for you.
I don't care if you hate interacting with people(Especially foids), you should still do these things.
I've met some of my best friends while in clubs, I used to be a loner freshman, now I'm constantly talking to people in the halls
Ever since I actually started participating more in school, I've also been far more confident. It's easier to talk to people, I find texting people easier as I'm no longer constantly nervous about what I send, and I find it easier to just go to parties because the odds are I'll find someone there that I know
Sports are equally as important, or even just far more important than everything else I mentioned

I personally never played sports in my freshman or sophomore years, and I don't intend on doing so in my senior year next year, yet I still think y'all should do sports
It's obviously going to keep you healthier, which is good, and even if you don't want to go pro? That doesn't matter. Sports help with your motor skills, running, jumping, catching, throwing, etc. Strength training and lifting also boost your testosterone

I only got four hours of sleep last night, so if this is a low quality thread, forgive me
