About 3 years ago they put 184 cm on my passport and now if I stand fully tall and straight I get about 181. Probably due to bad posture anyone who had any experience with getting it back ?

Not to be a little bitch but if you aked out 10,000 girls your age range in your region and your height is 181 then go back in time and change it to 184 ZERO of them would change their mind so quit worrying about it

i try to stand as straight as I can but my lower back and neck muscles are weak I have trained them to see if that helped and they would still “fall” back in to the wrong position
