Are there any methods to grow to ur max pot in pub without any pharm cause im broke asf

Do a scrict primal diet, drink lots of raw milk, sleep 9+ hours and do heavy lifting 5-6 times per week, compound lifts are ideal.

I drink daily raw milk eat raw meat and butter daily get 8 to 9 hrs sleep daily and go to the gym but im still fucking 5ft8 even tho my father is 6ft2

lifting metal up and down wont help u grow. and will actually do the opposite if u aren’t on pharma

Well maybe you can still have a growth spurt since your puberty started relatively late. You should make sure you reach your tallest height possible by getting your micros, macros and 9 hours of sleep. You can also use aromatase inhibitors to delay your growth plate closure and hgh to boost your height growth.

are u retarded? During puberty, your body already has elevated growth hormone and testosterone, which drive bone and tissue growth. Resistance training can support these processes and compound lifts like squats, benching and deadlifts will all raise your testosterone (more than isolation exercises). More importantly, mechanical loading from lifting stimulates bone remodeling, increasing bone density and strength. This is relevant while your epiphyseal plates are still open, helping ensure proper skeletal development.

do u know why ur body creates testosterone post workout idiot? bc u use it up for muscle protein synthesis 😭😭😭. same with igf-1. plus pharmaceuticals will put you on 7x the IGF levels your body can make naturally. so stupid to think ur gonna do anything to your height lifting metal up and down and spiking ur cortisol
