You should make sure you reach your tallest height possible by getting your micros, macros and 9 hours of sleep. You can also use aromatase inhibitors to delay your growth plate closure and hgh to boost your height growth.Maybe 13 14 idk and shes 5ft4 or 5ft5 idk
