diets very good i’d say no junk food eggs and salmon most night all the right nutrients and i work out and sprint every day

Typically in the legs. behind knees, shins, calves, twitching and fatigue at low movment activity most times. If it’s in the back or neck it could possibly be but half the time it’s confused for a compressed back or lack of good posture and just feeling that.
